This website is intended as a place for people to gather, vent, commiserate, rant, and ultimately help people survive their own toxic bosses and keep their sanity. It is maintained by us–the authors of The Toxic Boss Survival Guide: Navigating the Wilderness at Work. The website goes beyond the whole “misery loves company” issue. Turns out, the importance of human connection is imperative to enduring and overcoming any survival situation—from the zombie apocalypse to being lost in the wilderness to enduing a boss who is intolerable. We spent almost two years researching and writing about the toxic boss problem, and learned a lot along the way about how to survive. So jump in and tell your own story or leave a comment. We appreciate you stopping by.
